Takes about a minute. No commitment.

Listing land is a different job than listing a house.

Sometimes listing is genuinely the better move, and we will tell you when we think it is. Here is the honest comparison.

Straight answers.

How fast do I get an offer?

A text from us within minutes, and a written offer within 3 business days. We usually call first with a couple of questions.

What does "as is" actually mean for land?

You do nothing to the parcel before we buy it. No clearing, no mowing, no repairs. If there is trash, debris, junk cars, or an old structure on it, we handle removal. Whatever condition it is in on the day you call is what we are pricing.

What if I owe back taxes on it?

You do not catch them up first. They are settled at closing, so nothing comes out of your pocket beforehand. Being behind does not disqualify the lot.

What will this cost me?

Nothing out of pocket to us. No realtor commissions, and we pay the closing costs and attorney fees through our closing attorney. The one exception is the state excise tax on the deed, $1 for every $500 of the price, which comes out of the sale at closing along with any back taxes owed.

What if the lot has no road frontage or no utilities?

Tell us anyway. A lot without them is not an automatic no, but the offer will reflect what it costs to solve.

I inherited it, or the owner has passed away. Can I still sell?

Yes, once probate is finished and the estate has the authority to sign. Until then we cannot move forward. Tell us where things stand when you call.

There are several of us who own it together. Does that work?

It works, as long as everyone on the deed agrees to sell. We only need one of you to start the conversation, and we can talk the others through it later.

I live out of state. Do I have to come to North Carolina?

No. We send a mobile notary to you, and our closing attorney handles the closing. Most out of state sellers never make the trip.

Where in North Carolina do you buy?

Anywhere in North Carolina. Our sweet spot is residential lots under 5 acres, and we buy small acreage up to about 10 acres.

Will you actually close, or come back and lower the price?

We close, and we do not come back for a reduction. Plenty of buyers put a number on paper, tie up your lot, then ask for less a few weeks in. We do the research before we sign, which is why our number holds. If the title search turns up a real problem, that is a question of whether the sale can happen at all, and we tell you straight rather than using it to chip at the price.

Am I committed to anything if I fill out the form?

No. Getting an offer costs you nothing and obligates you to nothing. We do ask that you be a serious seller: we make real offers and expect real conversations.
